We arrive & set up
On the day we bring the equipment and professional products. We normally use your outside tap and power, agreed before the visit.
The safe wash
Pre-rinse, snow-foam where needed, then a proper contact wash that lifts grit rather than dragging it across your paint.
Inside & detail
Vacuum, touchpoints, glass and trim, then a hand dry and a protection top-up where suitable so it stays cleaner for longer.
Final check & done
We walk round, sort anything missed, and you've got a finished car. Happy with it? We'll offer to keep it that way on a plan.
Why the process protects your paint.
Most swirl marks and fine scratches come from bad washing, not from driving. A brush at a machine wash drags road grit in circles across your paint. We do it the way that keeps a finish looking new:
- Rinse and foam first, to soften and lift grit before touching the paint
- Contact wash with clean media, worked gently panel by panel
- Hand dry, so no minerals dry onto the surface as spots
- Protection top-up so the next clean is easier still

Room to work
The car parked somewhere we can safely get all the way around it — a driveway or clear space, not boxed in.
Water & power
Normally an outside tap and a power socket within reach. If that's not possible, tell us and we'll agree an arrangement.
Access agreed
For interior work or a key handover we agree access beforehand. For exterior-only, you often don't need to be in at all.
Bad weather? If conditions would mean a rushed or poor job, we contact you and move the visit rather than push on. Your appointment is rearranged, never silently skipped.

Get a free quoteFor exterior work, usually not — as long as the car's accessible and tap/power access is agreed. Interior work and key handover are arranged with you in advance.
Payment is due when the valet is complete. We confirm the final price with you before work starts.
Light soiling is covered. Set-in stains, mould, heavy pet hair or scratch correction need a condition-based quote — we tell you before we start, not after.
