Information we collect
When you request or manage a booking, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, postcode, vehicle details, preferred appointment, update preference and any notes you provide. Valets are paid for after the work is done — no card details are taken to make a booking.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and complete your valet.
- To send booking and arrival updates.
- To maintain business, payment and accounting records.
- To prevent abuse of the booking form and resolve enquiries or disputes.
We use this information to provide the one-off valet you request, meet legal obligations and run the booking service safely. We do not sell customer information.
Services that help us operate
We use Cloudflare to deliver the website and securely store booking requests, Cloudflare to securely store booking requests, and email, SMS or WhatsApp where you choose those channels for appointment updates. Your postcode is sent with your booking so we can plan travel; it is not checked by an external postcode service and it will not block your request. These providers process information under their own security and privacy arrangements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, manage repeat care and handle disputes. Payment and accounting records may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it where applicable, or object to certain uses. Email us using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the site. If you choose “Allow marketing cookies” on the booking page, we also load the Meta Pixel. It records page visits and successful booking requests so we can measure whether a Facebook or Instagram advert led to an enquiry and improve which adverts are shown. We do not send booking-form contact details or notes through the Pixel. You can decline marketing cookies and still use the booking service normally. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared by removing this site’s stored data.
