Quotes and prices
Prices shown on the site are guides for vehicles in reasonable condition. We confirm the final price before starting work. Heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, mould, specialist treatment or restricted access may require extra time and a revised quote, which you can accept or decline.
Confirming your appointment
Your preferred appointment is confirmed with the team. We agree the final price with you before the visit.
Changing an appointment
You can move a confirmed appointment without an additional charge by contacting us at least 48 hours before the visit. If plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to someone else.
Weather and changes by us
If weather, safety or another issue prevents a suitable valet, we will contact you and offer another appointment. If we cancel and cannot agree a replacement, we will return the upfront payment in full.
Access on the day
Please provide safe access around the vehicle and, unless agreed otherwise, an outside tap and suitable power socket. Interior work requires access to the vehicle or an agreed key handover. Tell us in advance if access may be difficult.
